MAY SMATTERINGS
Books, music, and odds & ends that made my month
Here are the links from the Smatterings column from my May newsletter.
Books of the month: I loved and grieved along with Paul Kalanithi in When Breath Becomes Air and I marveled at the microbiome within all of us in I Contain Multitudes by Ed Yong.
Children’s Books of the Month: Rosie Revere Engineer about girls who dream of building fabulous flying machines.
Music on my mind: I was mesmerized by the music of fellow TEDx presenter Gaelynn Lea, in particular her song Watch the World Unfold.
